Terms & Conditions

Booking & attending appointments

When making an appointment please be sure to complete your ‘client consultation’ form and make sure you have selected everything you require, including a removal or desired nail art. Failure to do so may mean I won’t have time to fulfil your request.

I do not remove other techs work due to insurance purposes so any product must be removed prior to your appointment.

Be sure to arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive early, please message me to see if it’s okay to come in. Any lateness of 15+ minutes will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay 100% of your treatment price before attending another appointment. I appreciate this may be an inconvenience but it is necessary to keep appointments running on time.

When you arrive at your appointment, please come through the gate and ring the front doorbell.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 24-48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations within 24 hours/no shows will be charged 100% of treatment price. Failure to do so will lead to all future appointments being cancelled. If you haven’t got any future appointments and would like to rebook, a £10 deposit will need to be paid in order to secure this appointment.

Payments

Please pay via bank transfer or cash if possible however cards are accepted including Amex.

Privacy

Personal information will be required upon booking. This will include your full name, contact information, emergency contact information and medical conditions, to name a few, and will be kept securely on my booking system. This is password protected and none of the information will be shared unless deemed necessary (see below).

Photographs
In your client confirmation form which should be filled out when booking an appointment, permissions will be asked for before and after photos of your treatment as well as uploading these to social media, eg. Facebook and Instagram. You can choose not to have photos taken and shared.

If you decide to have photos taken, none of your personal information will be shared. These photos are simply to advertise my services and share my designs with other professionals.

Emergencies
If your health is in jeopardy, I may share your contact information with an emergency health care service/emergency contact that you’ve provided.

If I become aware of your intent to cause harm to another person/organisation (e.g terrorism), the law may require that I inform an authority without seeking your permission and share your personal information without your knowledge.

Erasing your information
I will hold onto your information for up to 7 years past the end of your final treatment. This is to validate my insurance and so that I have a reference for situations such as you returning for treatments in the future. If 7 years passes from your last appointment, your information will be erased appropriately.

Please know that by booking and attending an appointment, you give your consent to the given information. You are within your right to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal information and withdraw any consent to me using your personal information and photos at any time.
